Nick Dennis Consulting provides AI strategy, Airtable system design, and automation consulting services to businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate written agreement or proposal before work begins.

The content on this site (including text, visuals, and code examples) is the property of Nick Dennis Consulting and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, work product created specifically for a client becomes the client's property upon receipt of full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies developed by Nick Dennis Consulting remain our property; clients receive a license to use them as part of their delivered system.

Payment

Payment terms are defined per engagement. Invoices are due within the period specified in the project agreement. Work may be paused on overdue accounts. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nick Dennis Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 30 days.
