Who we are
Nick Dennis Consulting is a sole-proprietor consulting business operated by Nick Dennis. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through nickdennisconsulting.com and related services.
Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Contact forms & consultation requests. Name, email, company, phone number, and any details you choose to share about your business. Submissions are stored in our client database and also sent to us by email.
- AI chat assistant. If you use the chat assistant in the contact sidebar, your messages are processed by Anthropic’s Claude API to generate responses, and the conversation is stored in our client database so we can follow up on your inquiry. Please don’t share sensitive information in the chat.
- Voice AI demo. When the interactive voice demo is available, your spoken input is processed by Google Gemini in real time to power the conversation, and a transcript of the call may be stored alongside your inquiry.
- Site usage. We use a first-party cookie (described under “Cookies” below) to recognize returning visitors and understand which pages are visited. If you submit the contact form or use the chat, that browsing activity may be linked to your inquiry so we have context when we respond.
- Scheduling. When you book a consultation, our scheduling system (hosted at portal.nickdennisconsulting.com) collects your name, email, and meeting details to create the booking and send confirmations.
How we use your information

- To deliver services you have engaged us for
- To improve the website and our service offering
- To send occasional project-related communications (never marketing without consent)
Data storage & third-party services
Contact and intake data may be stored in Supabase (a cloud database provider). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the business relationship and legal obligations.

- Supabase (database infrastructure)
- Anthropic Claude API (AI chat assistant responses)
- Google Gemini API (voice AI processing)
- Resend (delivery of contact form notification emails)
- Google Calendar (scheduling availability and calendar invitations)
- Vercel (hosting and edge functions)
Cookies
This site sets one first-party cookie, named “bb_vid,” containing a random visitor identifier. We use it to recognize returning visitors, understand which pages are visited, and connect your browsing session to your inquiry if you contact us — so we have context when we respond. It is not used for advertising, is never shared with ad networks, and does not track you across other websites.
Embedded content (such as the booking scheduler) may set its own functional cookies needed for it to work.
Your rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time. To make a request, email nick@nickdennisconsulting.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
